Our firm experienced an issue with a NAS device that was outside SDV service. We were looking at least a week of downtime. We called SDV and our Virtual Server company for help on a Friday afternoon. The experience was night and day. The Virtual Company basically said, you have the tools with our software, you are on your own. SDV came up with a solution to keep us from going down and spent the weekend working with our staff to ensure we were up and out of harm’s way. We couldn’t be happier, SDV was a true God-Send.
